The Digital Facility Manager
On 25 June 2015 the best consulting- and IT-projects were awarded with the Constantinus Award, the leading national award for knowledge-based services in Austria, for the thirteenth time. More than 100 projects were submitted and evaluated by a jury team of 70 experts. RISE won with their digital facility management system called “The Digital Facility Manager”, which was engineered for Gemeinnützige Wohnbaugenossenschaft Wien-Süd, a charitable housing cooperative. The customer is the manager and constructor of more than 40.000 apartments in Austria. The developed system digitalizes communication and logistics for tenants and administration, and is already integrated in all new buildings that are co-created by the innovative thinking company Wien-Süd. The product “The Digital Facility Manager” is a joint production of the responsible executive of Wien-Süd, Dr. Fritz Klocker and of our innovative strength, which has been nourished by many years of know-how and experience of the IPRs of RISE. “The Digital Facility Manager” covers a broad functional spectrum, starting from the access to the laundry rooms and sauna, tenant communication up to a Lost and Found feature. Based on the initial ideas of Dr. Klocker, this system provides tenants all amenities of many services combined in one single tool. RISE added vital innovation and by doing so, RISE made a bold and persuasive step into the future.
