Historically, RISE has often worked alongside the client to help integrate several large IT suppliers and mould them into a managed whole in line with the project objectives. This practice of placing the client's mission and goals above all other potentials and interests has led to the establishment of a project delivery culture within the RISE teams, which always acts as an enabler, amplifier and neutral translator of the company's IT for the in-house IT team in relation to the employees of the company as a whole. IT is first and foremost a people and team business, provided the technology is mastered. We have always paid a great deal of attention to our employees, who are able to deliver the necessary technical and team quality in the project, even under pressure.
