Austria's most successful mobile commerce application "Handyparken" has recently received mobile applications "made by RISE". The service, which is operated by A1 Telekom Austria, allows the user to buy parking tickets via SMS interaction. The mobile applications are based on this service and take care of the communication with the backend, while the user receives an interface for easy interaction. RISE conducted various usability studies in the course of the implementation in order to offer the end user the best possible experience when using the app. The application is available for Android, iOS, Windows Phone and Blackberry.
