Beside classic enterprise projects, research and innovation topics, RISE is also involved in national and international projects like co-leading one of the biggest European IT-projects (German Health Telematic, 1.8 Billion EUR, 2006-2009), developing the solution architecture of the German e-health card, which was presented at Cebit 2005 together with the Vienna University of Technology, the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft and the German health minister Ulla Schmidt, the treasury operation of two of the biggest Austrian banks (1998-2010, 2004-2008), security concepts for the German BSI (2007), the first certified, mobile VDV-solution for ÖBB and mobilkom (2006-2010), or planning several infrastructures in the Gulf States as well as North Africa (2006-2010). Every time you went to a physician with your eCard in the years 2005 to 2010, RISE-CODE was at work; in every card reader and in every security box of the more than 10.000 doctor's offices in Austria.

Apart from these key projects, RISE was and is working in a high number of highly complex special projects in Austria and abroad. A selection of relevant projects is enclosed below.

For RISE, discretion for every problem brought to us by our clients is a key business principle. You will find a list of reference logos on our website only if the client wants this and if it fits their concept. We'll gladly provide the names of relevant references in detail when working together closely, after exchanging the usual non-disclosure agreements or with the invitation or participation in a public tender with corresponding confidentiality terms.

Your current web browser must be updated to version 7 of Internet Explorer (IE7) to take advantage of all of template's capabilities.

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
